氙燈老化試驗機

氙燈老化試驗機

一、介紹:氙燈老化試驗機又稱為氙燈老化試驗箱,氙燈老化機等,氙燈老化試驗機的工作流程原理是通過模擬光照、溫度、濕度等綜合作用于試驗材料。光照強度、溫度、濕度都采用P.I.D+S.S.R來控制。許多的物品在長期的光照條件下都會產生降解的情況,例如熒光燈、鹵素燈以及其他發光燈源,等會對物品出現光降解的情況。

氙燈老化試驗機所采用的光照主要是陽光中的破壞性光波,例如UV、可見光和紅外光等等。在箱體內照射強度相當于夏季強光照下的環境。

二、用途:氙燈老化試驗機用于模擬陽光照射、雨露冷凝等天氣狀況,來測試材料在光照和潮濕環境下的耐久性能。氙燈老化試驗機提供了一個模擬加速試驗材料老化的光照潮濕環境,能夠控制光的照射強度來達到加速試驗測試效果,光的照射強度和不同的波長會影響到材料的性能穩定性。

三、如何選擇:氙燈老化試驗機分為水冷型和風冷型兩種,風冷型好還是水冷型的氙燈老化試驗機好呢?具體要看客戶的使用要求以及試驗標準來定,比如說汽車外飾件SAE J2527的標準就要求使用水冷型的,要求雙噴淋,氙燈光譜為340nm,輻照強度要求0.55W/m2。

風冷氙燈老化機的燈管為水平安裝,而水冷型為垂直安裝;風冷型測試產品為水平擺放,而水冷型測試產品為垂直擺放,切割擺放在樣板上,風冷型氙燈老化機相對于水冷型更為經濟,結構也相對簡單,使用時只需要保證用去蒸餾水即可,而水冷型則需要用到冷水機和純水機,安裝使用方面相對復雜些。
